Eclair Dessert
ingredients
- TOPPING
- 2 semi-sweet squares, melted
- 6 T. butter
- 2 T. corn syrup
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 T. milk
- FILLING
- 3 c. milk
- 2 packages French Vanilla pudding
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 box graham crackers

Line a 9x13 pan with graham crackers in a single layer. Spread half the pudding mix over graham crackers and put 2nd layer of crackers over that. Top with the rest of the pudding mixture; put more crackers on top - 3 layers total.

Melt chocolate with butter; add corn syrup and vanilla with powdered sugar and milk. Mix and pour over the pan of dessert.
