Larry's spare ribs
Moist and tender, the perfect summer BBQ. Served with beans, coleslaw and fresh corn, this is our favorite summer meal.
ingredients
- 1-2 racks of ribs
- 1 onion
- bottled BBQ sauce
directions

Peel onion and place in Dutch oven with 1 inch of water. Bring to boil, add ribs, cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.

Place ribs on hot grill and brown on each side, about 5 minutes a side.

Brush both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce and return to grill for about 2-3 minutes a side.
