Broccoli Slaw

ingredients
- 1 pkg of broccoli slaw
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c oil (canola, olive, vegetable or whatever)
- Splenda or sugar (1/4 c or to taste)
- 1 pkg Ramen Noodle soup
- 1 pkg slivered or sliced almonds
directions
Empty contents of slaw pkg into a medium-sized container. In a separate bowl, mix sugar (splenda), vinegar and noodle spic packet. Blend well and set aside. Break noodles into small pieces and sauté with almonds. Add all of the above to the slaw mixture. Mix well and refrigerate a couple of hours or over night.
