Oven Baked Chicken
A healthier version of fried chicken
1 Tbsp margarine
2/3 Cup reduced fat Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs cut up chicken (remove skin)
heat oven to 425 degrees. Place pan in the oven to melt margarine (13X9X2 baking dish)
Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken. Place meaty sides down in dish. (Dish and margarine should both be hot).
Bake 35 minutes, turn chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer until juices are no longer pink.
