ingredients
- 3 lbs cubed chicken breast
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 14 oz can chicken broth
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Old Bay or creole seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 lb medium shrimp, shelled & deveined
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, chopped
- 1 cup french fried onion rings
