Mousse au Chocolat Chez Chung
ingredients
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 C cold milk
- 3/4 C boiled milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C crushed ice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 C whipping cream
directions
Put cold milk in a blender and sprinkle with gelatin. When gelatin is softened, add boiled milk and blend on low speed until gelatin dissolves. Add sugar, salt, egg, vanilla and chocolate chips. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add cream and ice. When ice is melted, pour mixture immediately into serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate till firm.
