ingredients

  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 (10oz) Packages Chopped Frozen Spinach, Cooked & Drained
  • 14oz Can Artichoke Hearts, Drained & Sliced

directions

  • 1

    Soften cream cheese and butter with lemon juice on top of double boiler. Add chopped spinach.

  • 2

    Place artichoke hearts in a greased casserole dish and pour spinach mixture on top.

  • 3

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
