Mousse a la Orange
ingredients
- 6 tablespoons strong coffee
- 2 oz. orange liqueur
- 1 (6 oz.) package chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4-cup sugar
- 2 cups whip cream (Can use cool whip)

Combine coffee, liqueur & chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until chocolate melts. Add sugar. Continue to stir until glossy & smooth.

COOL.

Mix whipped cream or cool whip with vanilla till thick. Blend chocolate

mixture into whip cream. Spoon into 6 tall glasses and cover with saran wrap. Refrigerate
