This dish is a Peralta family tradition for Sunday dinners!
- Pork butt, or shoulder blade, cubed(use only half)
- 1 package of Lima beans
- 1 bunch of mustard greens, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- A-1 sauce, to taste
- garlic powder
- 1 can of small tomato sauce
Grammy told me that she made up this dish and that Papa hated it!
