  • 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup green or red peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream chicken or chicken verde soup
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cilantro
  • cumin or corriander
