Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup

ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup green or red peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream chicken or chicken verde soup
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tortillas, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- cilantro
- cumin or corriander
