Steph's Super-Easy Spinach Quiche
This is great served warm for brunch!
ingredients
- 1 box Stouffer’s Spinach Soufflé, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 3 tblspns milk
- 2 tblspns chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup cooked ham, diced
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and spread in pie shell.

Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
