Kolachky - Czech Cookie
Aunt Helen’s recipe for this special Czech treat.
ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 yeast pkg.
- 1 can solo pie filling (apricot, raspberry, poppyseed are favorites)

Mix yeast and sugar together. Then mix all ingredients together. Put in refridgerator overnight. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch think and cut with a 1.5 in diameter cookie cutter or shot glass.

Put on cookie sheet and pie pie filling on to center of each cookie. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until puffed.
