Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie
ingredients
- 1 c. Apple butter
- 1 c. Fresh or canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. Ginger
- 3 large Eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. Evaporated milk
- 1 Pie crust
- Whipped cream for garnish

Preheat oven to 435 degrees.

Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt, & spices in large bowl. Stir in eggs, then gradually add milk mixing well.

Pour into pie shell & bake for 50 minutes, or until set.

*Place foil around crust to prevent burning.
