Hot Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked diced chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use light, but not fat-free)
- 3/4 cup sliced almond or water chestnuts
- 2 tblsp. chopped onions
- crushed cornflake crumbs
- butter
