ingredients

  • 1 Package of Wonton Skins
  • 8oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Small Can of Crab
  • 2 Tablespoons of Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Drops of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Dash of Tabasco
  • 1 Dash of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Dash of Garlic

directions

Combine ingredients and fill wonton skills with less than 1 teaspoon filling. Fold to make triangles, moisten edges to seal. Fry in heated oil until light brown and puffed.

Serve with Chinese mustard or duck sauce. To reheat place wontons on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until heated through (about 15 min.)
