Jalapeno Corn Bread
This recipe came from one of Susan’s friends
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small can cream style corn
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 to 2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 T. pepper juice
directions

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients in bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Heat iron skillet in oven with small amount of oil in skillet while mixing corn bread ingredients.

Bake at 375° for 30 minutes
