ingredients
- 1 (11 oz) pkg Stouffer’s Creamed Chipped Beef
- 2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 t. garlic salt
- 1/2 c Thousand Island dressing
- 28 rye cocktail-size bread slices
- Cooking spray

Thaw creamed chipped beef in microwave at medium power 6 - 6 minutes. Stir together creamed chipped beef, cheese and next five ingredients.

Spread Thousand Island dressing over each slice of bread. Top with beef mixture. Place on cooking sheet that has been sprayed.

Bake at 375° for 8 - 10 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
