Cheesy Slow Cooker Potatoes
Easy to do in the crock pot and great for a crowd -- with a bbq brisket and baked beans!
ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- fresh ground pepper

Spray slow cooker container with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker.

Cook on low for 7 hours.
