Horseradish carrots
ingredients
- 6-8 cooked carrots cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup cooking liquid from carrots
- 2 TBLS grated onion
- 2TBLS hot horseradish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/4 teas pepper
- 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 TBLS melted butter
- paprika

Spread carrots in buttered baking dish.
- 2
Mix cooking liquid, onion, horseradish, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and pour over top. Top with bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 15-20minutes
