Gooey Pumpkin Butter Cake
Creamy Pumpkin Pie on top of Buttery cake
ingredients
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups powder sugar
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 stick butter melted
- 3 eggs

Pre-heat oven to 350

Mix with electric mixer cake mix, egg and melted butter. Pat into lightly greased 9x13 pan.

In large bowl beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth, add eggs, vanilla and butter. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour over cake mixture. Bake 40-50 minutes. Pumpkin filling will be a little gooey.

For Peanut butter cake use chocolate cake mix and add 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
