Pea Salad
ingredients
- 1-16 ounce can green peas, drained
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 2-3 sweet pickles, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped(optional)
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
- Salt, pepper and sugar
- Mayonnaise
directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar, and coat with a little mayonnaise. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
