Cheese Garlic Grits
ingredients
- 1 cup grits
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook grits in salted water until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients over low heat. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake 1 hour.
