Ginger Orange Tofu
This used to say that this was the one tofu dish Dave would eat. Now he eats lots of tofu dishes. I am officially changing this to be a ’gateway tofu dish’.
ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu pressed (place on cutting board with a frying pan on top. I am not convinced it helps).
- For Marinade:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbs grated fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch cube)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbs brown sugar or honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- For cooking:
- 2 tbs canola oil
- 4-6 cups fresh or frozen veggies

Firstly, I suggest you make the marinade the night before or morning of and let the tofu get nice and tasty in it.

To cook, combine everything in a frying pan or wok and saute until warm and veggies are done.
