Down South Barbeque
Pulled pork cooked in a crock pot
ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4-5 lb pork roast
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups water
- 16 oz bottle of bbq sauce
directions

Put half of onions in bottom of crock pot then add meat and water. Cover and cook overnight or 8 hours on low.

After pork is done, pull out of crock pot and shred, add back to crock pot and stir in bbq sauce. Cover and cook an additional 2-3 hours on low stirring two or three times.

Serve on buns

You can add more bbq sauce, make it as juicy as you would like!
