- 1 BELL PEPPER
- 2 GARLICS
- 4 TOMATOES
- 4 CUPS RICE
- SALT
- PEPPER
- 4 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK PLUS 4 CUPS WATER
- OLIVE OIL
- 1 TSP. AZAFRAN
- 2 BAGUETTES
directions
COOK MEAT IN A PAELLERA WITH OLIVE OIL AND REMOVE. IN THE SAME PAELLERA COOK GARLIC, ONION, AND BELL PEPPERS. ADD TOMATOES. COOK FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. ADD RICE;STIR IN THE STOCK ,WATER , AND AZAFRAN. LET BOIL AND SIMMER. ADD SEAFOOD. WHEN THE RICE IS ALMOST DONE ADD THE COOKED MEAT .TURN OFF AND LET IT REST FOR 10 MINUTES .SERVE WITH BREAD
