Breakfast Burritos
Just a quick breakfast to go. You can put anything you want in your wrap this is just a sample
ingredients
- 5-6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb sausage
- diced onion
- diced bell pepper
- grated cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1 package tortillas

Brown sausage in pan. Add onion and pepper and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Whisk together in a bowl eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pan with sausage and stir until cooked.

Fill tortilla with egg mixture, sprinkle with cheese and fold like a burrito.
