Rice Custard Pudding
ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice (not Minute)
- 2 quart water
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- cinnamon
directions
Cook rice in water for 20 minutes - do not drain. Beat in eggs, add milk, stir in other ingredients. bake at 350° until starts to brown. Top with cinnamon.
notes
This has to be made in the "green bowl"
