Seafood Cancun

- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 2 T lobster base
- 3 1/2 C 2% milk
- 1 C white wine or cooking sherry
- 8 oz Montery cheese shredded
- 1-4 oz can baby shrimp
- 2 oz flake crab meat
- 10 tortilla

Melt butter.

Cook and stir for 5 minutes.

Add base cook for 1 minute.

Add milk and wine.

Add 2 oz cheese.

Bake at 425 for 12-14 minutes
