Peanut Butter Blossoms

ingredients
- 1 3/4 C. Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 C. Margarine
- 1/2 C. Peanut Butter
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Tb. Milk
- Chocolate Candy Kisses
directions
Cream margarine and peanut butter. Gradually add sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, vanilla and milk. Blend in dry ingredients. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.. Remove from oven and top each cookie with a chocolate candy kiss, pressing down firmly so cookie cracks around edge. Bake 2 to 5 minutes until golden brown.

1 batch only yields appx. 30 cookies.
