Spinach Artichoke Dip
Creamy Dip Great for any party.
ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1-2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 stick butter
- 16 ounce sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- Tortilla chips

Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft 3-5 minutes. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in cooked spinach. Add artichokes, Parmesan, 1/2 the Monterrey Jack cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.

Pour into a baking dish, cover with remaining Monterrey Jack cheese and heat at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips
