Michelle's Chinese Noodles
This is a quick meal full of flavor!
ingredients
- 1 pkg Spaghetti noodles
- soy sauce
- teriyaki sauce
- lemon juice
- broccoli
- carrots
- pineapple
- chicken or beef (optional)

1) Prepare veggies and pineapple-wash and cut into small bite size pieces

2) Cook spaghetti noodles in pan of lightly salted boiling water for about 5 minutes, Drain well and set aside.

3) Mix soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in small bowl. You can use more or less soy sauce depending on your taste buds. I use just a little and then add more teriyaki. Add a splash of lemon juice and set aside.

4) In a separate frying pan, heat a small amount of oil. Add broccoli and carrots. Stir for 2 minutes until cooked but still crisp. Add pineapple. Stir in some sauce.

5) Add veggies and sauce to noodles. Stir all the sauce in until all the pasta is covered.

Serve hot. **Optional add chicken or beef to noodles for protein.
