Stuffed Shells
ingredients
- 2 dozen shells
- 24 oz ricotta
- 1/4 c bread crumbs
- 1/2 c parmesan
- 1 egg
- Italian seasonings (basil, oregano, parsley, etc)
- 2 c mozzarella
- 1 jar pasta sauce

Boil pasta according to instructions.

Mix cheese, bread crumbs, half of parmesan cheese, seasonings & egg together. (Could add spinach and/or mushrooms to mixture)

Fill shells. Pour half of pasta sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put shells, open side up in pan. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells. Top with mozzarella and remaining parm.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes more to brown mozzarella.
