Everyone's Favorite Salad Dressing
Mom’s mustard vinaigrette
ingredients
- 2-3 cloves garlic, halved
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 Cup vinegar [red wine or cider]
- 3/4 Cup olive oil

Whisk or shake together all ingredients.

For the fullest flavor, allow to sit at room temperature for at least an hour before serving.

Store in refrigerator.

Bring to room temp or sit in hot water bath, and shake well before each use.

Pretty much an all purpose, flavorful vinaigrette. Use sparingly on mesclun geens.
