Cucumber Tzatziki
The key to this dip is to use real Greek yogurt. Anything else just doesn’t cut it.
ingredients
- 8 oz. Greek Yogurt
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 2 Cucumbers, Peeled and Grated
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon
- 3 Garlic Cloves, Pressed
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 2 Tb. Fresh Dill, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients well.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

It tastes best with authentic Greek Pita bread but it tastes good with just about anything.
