Hawaiian Chicken
ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can pineapple chunks (8oz.)
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 t. worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
directions
Blend cornstarch and vinegar until there are no lumps. In saucepan stir all except pineapple. Cook over medium heat until thick. Melt butter or spray with pam in the pan. Roll chicken in the butter and pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 10 minutes before done, add the pineapple.
