Three meats, four cheeses wrapped in an Oat bread dough!

ingredients

  • 6 oz. chipped ham
  • 6 oz. hard salami
  • 6 oz. turkey pepperoni
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced thin
  • 6 oz. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
  • 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
  • Fresh ground Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza sauce (or make your own marinara sauce)
  • Dried Italian herbs

directions

Use either Oat bread dough that has risen once, or thawed frozen purchased bread dough. If using Oat dough, divide in half and roll out on floured surface in approx. 10x15 rectangle. Spread sauce in a very thin layer to within 1" of edge. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and herbs. Using 1/2 of the meat and cheese, layer(alternating) meat and cheese on 1/2 long side of rectangle. Fold dough over meat/cheese, tucking dough under bottom dough and pinching to seal. Transfer to sprayed cookie sheet. Do the same with 2nd half of dough. Spray tops with cooking spray and sprinkle with herbs and Parmesan cheese. Let raise 2nd time for 45 min. Bake @ 350 degrees for approx. 25-30 min or until golden brown. Serve with warm pizza or marinara sauce.

notes

Can use frozen purchased bread dough. Use dough for two loaves. Similar to calzones.
