Apricot Dipping Sauce
ingredients
- 1 c apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 T grated fresh ginger
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 T rice wine vinegar
directions

Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat over a low flame to melt the preserves.

Serve with fried wontons, pearl balls or spareribs.
