Bok Choy with Oyster Sauce
Light and tasty dish with bok choy, shiitake, and any other vegetables you want to stir fry
ingredients
- Bok Choy
- Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 T oyster sauce
- 1 T sake
- 1/2 chicken bouillon (or hondashi)
- 1/3 c water
- 2 t potato starch
- salt and pepper
- 2 t vegetable oil

Cut the bok choy stems in one inch chunks, and the rest of the leafy stem lengthwise. Slice mushrooms

Combine the rest of the ingredients.

Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on high. Add stems, mushrooms, and leafy parts in that order and saute.

Add sauce and let simmer.
