Tuna Noodle Casserole
ingredients
- 6 oz. Noodles
- 1 can (6-7oz.) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pimento
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 oz. Sharp process cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

Cook noodles-combine: noodles, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, and pimento. Heat soup and milk, add cheese, and mix into tuna mixture…top with nuts.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes…to brown, place under broil for a few minutes.

You can eliminate some ingredients and top with potato chips if you need a shortcut.
