Cocktail Meatballs
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) bot chili sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) jar grape jelly
- Juice of 1 lemon
directions
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; gently shape into i-inch balls. Brown meatballs in skillet. Remove meatballs from skillet; pour off fat. Combine chili sauce, jelly, and lemon juice. Pour over meatballs and simmer in skillet until heated through. Serve in crockpot on low.
