Pineapple Cheese Ball
ingredients
- 2-3 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 8oz. can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 1/2C chopped Pecans
- 1/4C Green Pepper(finely chopped)
- 2T Onions(finely chopped)
- 1T Seasoning Salt
directions
In a medium bowl, with a fork, beat cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in Pineapple, 1 cup Pecans, Pepper, Onion and Salt. Shape into ball and roll in remaining Pecans. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
