2 cans black beans
2 cans shoepeg corn
2-3 diced tomatoes
2 seedles diced cucumbers
2 bunches green onion
1½ bunch cilantro
1 zesty Italian dressing mix
1 cup vegtable oil, olive oil,
and red or white vinigar
You can use some shredded cheddar cheese if you like
Mix all ingredients together and serve with chips or crackers
