Oriental Green Beans
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1. In a large pot of water, cook green beans until tender (4-5 minutes).

2. Combine say sauce, oil and sugar and set aside.

3. Drain the beans and set aside.

4. Saute garlic then add the green beans until well coated (2 minutes).

5. Add the soy sauce mixture and stif until liquid is absorbed (1-2 minutes).

6. Add the toasted sesame seeds and toss with the beans, then serve!
