Creamy Layered Squares
ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg (8 servings) or 2 pkg (4 servings) Jell-o Strawberry (or other)Sugar Free Gelatin
- Ice Cubes
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 and 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Sugar free whipped topping, divided

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely disolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 and 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Removed 1 and 1/2 cups of gelatin, set aside on counter. Refridgerate remaining gelatin 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Add 3/4 cup of whipped topping to chilled thickened gelatin; stir with wire wisk until well blended. Pour into 8 inch square dish. Refridgerate 15 minutes. or until gelatin mixture is set but not firm. Carefully pour reserved gelatin over creamy layer in dish.

Refridgerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Top each with a dollop of remaining 3/4 cup whipped topping.
