Stuffin' Egg Cups
Easy to make cups of stuffing filled with breakfast...
ingredients
- 1 6oz PKG. ANY FLAVOR STOVE TOP STUFFING
- 12 EGGS
- 3 TBSP. REAL BACON BITS
- 1/2 CUP KRAFT SHREDDED COLBY
- 1/2 CUP MONTERREY JACK CHEESE

PREHEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES.

SPRAY MUFFIN CUPS WITH COOK SPRAY

PREPARE STUFFING MIX PER BOX

PRESS: 1/4 CUP STUFFING IN BOTTOM OF CUP, & UP SIDES OF MUFFIN CUPS.

CRACK: 1 EGG INTO EACH STUFFING CUP

SPRINKLE WITH BACON BITS/CHEESE.

BAKE: 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL YOKES ARE SET.
