Elyse's Corn Casserole
ingredients
- 1 cup dry macaroni
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 1/2 -2 cups frozen corn
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 can Rotel
- 1/2 -1 cup Velveeta, cubed
- salt and pepper
- 1 heaping Tablespoon sugar
directions
Mix everything together and put into a 9x13 greased dish. Cook uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Mix and cover. Cook another 30 minutes.
