Terrible. Did not look anything like the picture. Was very dry, not much tomato sauce. The recipe should have said to add a layer of the cheese mixture to the top. So disappointed.

This was good but I have a few suggestions.
Add 10 oz of tomato sauce and to that add 1 t Italian Seasoning. I would suggest also putting all the noodles on the bottom top with melted butter, then meat sauce. Top with the cheese mixture.

Does anyone know if it is regular cottage cheese or ricotta?

This is a keeper. You can adjust items to individual tastes. We layered it like lasagna and put cheese on top.

  • Amy by ,

My husband and 8 yr old son pretty much ate the whole thing themselves. I did double the sauce, and put shredded parmesan on top. It was delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

    Millian dollar Spaghetti

  • Cathy by ,

I made this and it was delicious, the creaminess of the cheeses made it so good, the spaghetti on top with the sauce was enough because I added more sauce, and meat,i put meat on top cheese underneath 2 times

  • Jane by ,

I added a whole jar of Spaghetti Sauce & sprinkled Parmesan on the top because it seemed to be lacking enough sauce. I will definitely make this again with these adjustments.

  • Wanda by ,

Your pictures looks like there is cheese on top of this dish (which sounds yummy), but the instructions have noodles & meat sauce to be on the top. I am going to try this dish, but need clarification on this point.
