TORTELLINI VEGETABLE SOUP
ingredients
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 bag frozen mixed veggies(green beans, broccoli, pearl onions and red peppers)
- 1 bag frozen cheese tortellini
- Paremsan cheese

Bring 5 C. chicken broth and 3 C. water to a boil.

Add 1 bag. (16 oz.) frozen veg. mix (broccoli, green beans, pearl onions and red peppers) and 1 bag (10 oz.) frozen cheese tortellini. Gently boil 9 min. or until tortellini are firm but tender. Serve with Parmesan cheese and breadsticks. Serves 4.
notes
I will also add a can of crushed tomatoes and reduce the water by 2 Cups.
