Easy to make, delicious slice

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 pckt plain cake mix
  • 100g butter
  • 1 x 440g can sliced peaches
  • 1 egg
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • cinnamon

directions

    For the base, rub butter into toasted coconut and cake mix. Press into a large flat tin and bake 15 mins in mod oven.

    Put a layer of drained sliced peaches on top and cover with egg and sour cream that have been mixed together.

  • 3

    Top with cinnamon and bake 15 - 20 mins in mod. oven.

I've always loved travelling with Kate and had to bribe her with 2 weeks in the Greek Islands so that she would be happy seeing all the 'ruins' in Turkey first. Then instead of coming home with me as originally planned she went back to NY to be with Len!
