  • 2 TABLESPPONS CHOPPED CHIVES
  • 1 TEASPOON INSTANT CHICKEN BOUILLON
  • 12 FLOUR TORTILLAS
  • 1- 10 OUNCE CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
  • 1/4 CUP MILK
  • 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
